ABY pedal function
Unlock versatile routing with this intuitive ABY feature. Seamlessly switch between two amps or signal paths to explore new tonal options, creative setups, or simple stage solutions. Whether you need to split your signal for stereo setups or switch between different rigs, the ABY function ensures rock-solid reliability and noiseless switching in a compact, pedalboard-friendly design.
If you’re wondering, ABY isn’t actually an abbreviation - it’s more of a visual reference. The “A” and “B” stand for the two amplifiers (or signal paths) you can switch between or use together. The “Y” represents the input signal entering the pedal and being split to both outputs.
You can easily switch between the two outputs A” or “B” using the switch on the left side of the pedal. Or, you can select “A+B” with the switch on the right side to send your signal to both outputs at the same time, projecting your sound through both amps simultaneously. The current switching status is also clearly indicated by three LEDs.

To get the most out of it, run this buffer right at the start of your signal path. The buffer stays on at all times to protect your tone, while the “BUFFER” footswitch turns the main effect on and off. For the buffer function, it is necessary to select the signal direction using the toggle switch. The two LEDs clearly indicate which direction is active - either from the “A/B” jacks to the “Y” jack, or the other way around. When the buffer’s main effect is engaged, the two LEDs indicating signal direction flash rather than stay steadily lit, giving you an immediate and clear visual cue of the current status.
