RETURN POLICY

 

Here at ANDREW B. POWERS, I want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, I’m here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, I’ll provide a solution.

For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Cancellations and amendments
All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to address any concerns you have.

Digital products: Digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed. For customers located in the UK/EU, digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download has begun. If you have additional questions please see our digital product FAQs here. If the Digital product you download does not match what was advertised, reach out to us by using the contact form to let us know.

Apparel and accessories: All print on demand products are tailor made, custom-made and bespoke to the end-consumers individual specifications and no order would exist unless a personalised commission was provided. This means due to that there are no exchanges or returns. You may only cancel your order at any stage, provided I have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you. To do this you must notify us in time via by using the contact form.

Gift cards: If an digital gift card has been delivered and part or all of the balance has been used, no refund will be offered.

NFT Orders: NFTs are also considered Digital products and cannot be canceled or returned. Once you place your order, your information is shared with Bondly and the minting process for your order is started and cannot be stopped.

Pre-sale orders: Pre-sale product orders cannot be canceled after the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.

Afterpay/Clearpay Orders: If you’d like to cancel your Afterpay/Clearpay order, please reach out to us by using the contact form. Until your order has been sent to production you can make changes to your order/shipping address from the links in your confirmation email.

Damaged/Quality issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. I will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.

Gift Returns/Exchanges
At ANDREW B. POWERS, I understand that gift-giving can be a complex art. If you’ve ordered or received a ANDREW B. POWERS product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies will apply.

Refunds
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.

Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.

Afterpay/Clearpay Orders: Any refunds processed for Afterpay/Clearpay orders will show in your account as from “Afterpay” or “Clearpay”. Refunds are processed differently based on how many payments you’ve made.
